Bad warranty, service response times and solutions. From the mini product quality- not sure would buy from Therabody again. Started to underperform after 8-10 months

Zero replies to customer service inquiries over the years. I've only tried to contact the company a couple of times but have never received a reply. It's disappointing on multiple levels, not to mention I own many Therabody products - all of which are fantastic.

They make it incredibly difficult to get replacement pads.

As stated in my product review the products are good it’s just a question of finding things in stock - especially the power dot pads
