The product is great, however I thought it would be smaller. A typical peanut roller is the size of two lacrosse balls together. Doesn’t hit all the right spots.

Bought the elite for my girlfriend, and it was decent. Bought the prime a year later for myself. It’s heavier, more EXPENSIVE than the elite, and when I use it for more than 15 minutes continuously, it gets very hot, and smells like smoke. That is on the lowest setting. Disappointing to say the least.

Got the Therabody Elite; build quality of the device could be better. One of the panels rattles while the unit is in operation. The charging port is cheap and not 100% secure. The LCD is low quality; low resolution and monochrome. The app’s user experience design has much room for improvement, both in the way it signals what you’re supposed to do, and in the way it transitions between moves. I’m not entirely happy with the value I’m getting for the money I paid. I’d recommend an alternative.

The customer support chat does not work and calling does not help much because after talking for a while, they say they will email instructions, but it takes a few days for the email to come and then it take another couple of days for them to reply. It is a really really slow process. The point of the call should be to resolve the problem during the call.

Great product. Didn’t like that shortly I bought one, it went on sale for $150 less than the original price and nothing done for a new customer. Shame.
