Expensive postage

Having bought the premium Captains chair and pedestal for a total of £309.99, when delivered I found out you couldn’t use them without the seat slider which was out stock when I ordered. It would have been helpful if this had been advised at time of ordering, as I now have to wait between 4/6 weeks before it is back in stock.

does what it says on the box, but the vent filter is finnicky to remove, and the fan itself can be noisy without any obvious permanent remedy. if i were buying them again I'd get something else, but now i have them they do do what i want and havent failed in the two weeks i've had them installed.

No response to an emailed question about a particular item on the website. Ordered a (different) item and delivery very efficient.

The product was fine but the postage of £5.70 was far too high, and it wasn't even tracked, so the delivery person left it under the doormat and we were lucky it wasn't taken by a passer-by. Perhaps you do a flat rate of postage, so even small parcels get the higher cost? In any event, postage was over double what it should have been for a small, lightweight package.
