Good to deal with, fast shipping and well packed. Shame the product wasn't as good, very loose fitting swivel and very noisy.

Kayak trolly very good. Delivery expensive and very slow.

Product as expected and as described. No detailed instructions but not too difficult to work out how to install. Still trying to work out how the extraction works though. Arrived on time.

More information about the oar collar was needed as it was much bigger than the broken one and does not fit.

Delivery was fine, my issue is that despite the order confirmation displaying our business name the invoice did not. When I asked for a new invoice with our company name on it I was advised that : "Sorry we cannot amend invoices." Really? or just can't be bothered?
