I did request for my package not to be left out side because I live in a bad neighborhood and it was just left on my deck I wasn't happy about that right on the box beside address it said dont leave out side ( they could of left it with purlator location or at the mail (post office) with how much it cost i would of been very upset if it was stolen and part of the package was opened at the end i believe from damage do to travel or handing, But everything was in side thankfully. -Danielle

I received my order promptly My Una seems high quality I have only had the opportunity to test it one night so I cannot say if I love it or not yet.

I am happy with the products i have, Im not happy with the after service.. It took 9 days to ship and that's after me calling or may have taken longer and still have NOT received all the items i have paid for in 6 weeks. I am still missing 1 solo hammock. BUT I DO LOVE THE PRODUCTS!

Hammock is good. Rain fly delaminated and failed after a few years.
