Been kinda an ordeal, getting a tent from you guys.

I think you need to work on pricing. These really feel too expensive. We’d buy more if they weren’t

A lot of tents are not in stock at all, delivery in half a year. Even a tent that is in stock takes about two to three weeks to be delivered.

Tried to ask customer service about promo code that was supposed to be applied at purchase but wasn't. I brought this to the attention of customer service via email and they basically told me “too bad” and so I was dismissed with no alternative suggestion on how to handle. Didn't feel like the Tentsile staff cared much about our family as repeat customers. Wont buy from them again.

Awful don't trust company anymore will not buy again and didn't even offer me a replacement or refund game me a hard time
