Some items delivered separately which was a little confusing and one of the packs unfortunately could not be supplied and needed to be replaced with an alternative option. Otherwise ok.

I tried to ask questions with chat but no one came back to me where it does not show the availability of colours for the strings.

All good except the elastic back was so old and perished I had to mend/sew new elastic.

They are a quality shoe just a bit too narrow

I was very disappointed when I received my shoes with a factory defect. No one checked before sending them to me. So I had to chase where they came from in order to swap a good pair. Once I found the main shop (wooloowin) the staff were helpful and apologetic but to bad for my shipping fee in order to save petrol ⛽️
