I ordered a pair of Tennis shoes and 2 weeks later I still haven't received them. An online store like tennisgear should be on top of orders and follow up with customers if there are big delays of the shipment. Australia Post is not fast, but 2 weeks?!

Was purchasing tennis shoes. I could see no help with sizing, no indication of the shoes being narrow or wide fit, true to size etc. So I took the punt and ordered based upon my current Nike size 13 shoes being ok, and the Asics Gels I ordered in size 13 were way to narrow for my foot and yet around 2 sizes too long. It was my first time buying shoes online - I have now bought shoes online 2 times, the first time and the last time. I'll go to a store where I can try many and get the correct fit and not have the hassle of returning them and paying to return them.

It took so long for delivery and I had to chase twice. The product then came from SA when I'm in QLD? I should have just gone to my local club but thought online would be easier.

I did not receive my order until now

I returned the items in perfect condition for a refund and because the shoes were not in a bag in the box they partially refunded me. What a joke!!!! Disgusting
