stress free customer service experience SWFT ZIP ebike

I looked at reviews regarding SWFT customer service when my son was shopping for his first ebike. I saw that reviews on SWFT customer service were good and that was one of the factors when deciding to go with this ebike. My sons bike was still under its one year manufacturer warranty so I reached out to SWFT via their website and was highly satisfied with their reply time and resolution. They troubleshoot the issue and then sent us replacement battery when determining that was the issue. We were one month from end of one year warranty. I guess if after that we would have had to purchase the battery.

Warranty Service

I’ve been very pleased with my SWFT bike. However, the charger on it recently quit working. I called their customer service line, explained my problem, provided proof of my purchase and the date, and presto - they had me a brand new charger headed my way in the mail, which I received 3 days later. The customer service person was actually in America and I could understand every word she said, and she was very pleasant. I’m elated with my bicycle and the service I’ve received. GREAT JOB!
