I’ve been very pleased with my SWFT bike. However, the charger on it recently quit working. I called their customer service line, explained my problem, provided proof of my purchase and the date, and presto - they had me a brand new charger headed my way in the mail, which I received 3 days later. The customer service person was actually in America and I could understand every word she said, and she was very pleasant. I’m elated with my bicycle and the service I’ve received. GREAT JOB!
