Had an issue with my scooter, and SWFT came to the rescue and got me back on the road quickly!

when I submit support forms online I rarely expect to get any response, but not only was the response timely but to take care of my issue was just as quick.

We had a hoverboard purchased through Best Buy that went bad. I communicated the error code and proof of purchase and a replacement was on its way. Zero hassle on my end. Thank you.

Finally a real eBMX bike that is capable of shredding on. An adult size 20” that is so rad! This bike is unbelievable and so fairly priced! A must have.
