SWFT

my battery just stopped working i am going to file a warrant claim

ON 11/9 INVOICE d2077 PAID FOR SEAT, ORDER #S53743 11/19 WRONG SEAT SENT. ON 11/21/23 12:20PM ORDER SENT TO WEAR HOUSE, 11/30/23 WAS TOLD SEAT WAS BEING SENT ASAP, STILL AS OF 12/28/23 NO SEAT!!!!

Stuff to hold on the front wheel was missing, and I was only sent the nuts that were needed and not the safety washer that was also missing.

Impressed with bike. A few issues that have not been resolved though. Front disc brake still rubs even after being worked on by professional bike mechanic. Rear derailleur arrived slightly bent (fixed). Most importantly tho, the battery never has been able to reach 100% charge. Tops out at 75 percent. Will change my review when issues are resolved.

I e-mailed SWFT and asked what is the part number that I must order for the Largest Wattage battery for my bike as the standard one is too small. To date I have had no answer
