Delivery took over a month. The website advertises 1-2 business days until shipment and arrival after another 1-7 business days. This did not happen.

Everything takes forever

Customer support is extremely slow. . . Sorry if there's only 5 or do people working here, but it took 2 months to be told I couldn't warranty a bike I received as a gift from my brother. Fine. . . Then took a week and 3 emails to be told I have options to have a replacement part sent. I ordered it 2 1/2 months ago and the only update I have is a tracking number. I hope this part works and this bike is worth it.

Wouldn't buy again

constant problems with the BMX style electric bike. parts breaking, tires wore through fast, breaks have had problems. light broke. These bikes are not made to be ridden.

Non-existent Customer Service

The bike is great, but the customer service is absolutely horrible. I tried to contact them 4 times and all I ever got was the automated reply. I didn't receive tracking information or that my order had even shipped until after the bike had arrived.
