I bought the bike 🏍️ on line from Best Buy after 10 months the pedal assist stopped working. I took it back to Best Buy and they told me to contact the manufacturer. . I did find a local shop that would work on it most won’t He told me that he didn’t have any parts for it…. But if Swift diagnosed the problem and sent the part they would replace it for me. I contacted Swiff and was told that it was a faulty controller and sent me one…. The wrong one. I can’t Swiff again and they sent me a replacement controller. I had it installed but it didn’t fix the problem. I contacted Swiff again and this time you sent me a peddle sensor which fixed the problem. It took about two months to get the problem resolved. It would be helpful if Swift had authorized local support shops that would work on the bikes I was only able to find one that would even look at the bike.

Your online store is fine. But trying to get a part, tail light and tool kit that wasn’t in the box when I bought the zip (I have two) has been impossible after several emails requesting such. Some has dropped the ball and I’m not happy about it

Hellooooo??!!

Still haven't got any feed back on my control board for the battery attachment I accidentally sent back to them, waiting for a word still after 6 months possibly. So my Ebike is totally not useful. Disappointed with the support side of the situation. They did send me a battery replacement. Just haven't got my control box board device I have no idea that thing that connects to the battery.
