Scooter arrived but the box looked like a forklift had been driven through it. Inspected the scooter and am happy to report that it is not damaged. Fun to ride family loves it

The first one did not work- plug not connected. Talked to Marc and tried to get instructions on fixing it. Took a while to get good information. However, Marc made everything right. Rode it last week. Was fun and the new one worked perfect out of the box. so far so good.

Awesome bike for the money. Fun and reliable. Brakes a little funny to set up but overall highly recommended

Great warranty follow up. Resources about what to do with old moped would be helpful.

Only desire I have is that the battery was more easy to replace.
