Problem with defective bike and never parts to replace. Over 4 months. Just wanted refund.

Was supposed to get my bike end of July early August. Now it says September. Friends and family have all been getting there bikes from other companies. Kinda wish I would’ve too.

I cancelled my order due to lack of company transparency and delivery date pushbacks.

Horrible had to cancel. Company still using COVID excuse as if they the only one dealing with it.

I wrote to you over a month ago and still have had no reply
