You sent me a bike that doesn’t works. You didn’t get back to me for 10 days. Then you did and didn’t address the issue. Worst customer support ever.

I ordered extended rack and bag. I only got just a bag. It’s been more than a month. Most horrible services. Please don’t buy anything from this website.
