Not reliable at all. My order got delayed 5 times for over 2 months and still don’t have my bike . Customer service is bely(0) zero. You can’t get them on the phone and this company is big BS

My bike took longer to arrive than promised and when I finally called to cancel it was magically on the way

Being lied to about timelines is never ok. I get it, new product and a global pandemic, we’ve all been patient and have no issue waiting. But why lie? I was told one month...now another, now a full month (September) is skipped all together. Don’t care waiting, never had a problem waiting 2-6 months. But when I’m lied to, that makes you question the product, upper management and the whole brand.

You sent the wrong charger! I don’t think I should have to pay for the return and I think you should send me one for free! I have had nothing but headaches! I had to drive to Irvine because the bike you sent first had a defective charger then after getting a new charger the bike was defective! I was going to buy one for my husband but I’m very frustrated!

Waited 3 weeks for an email reply which wasn’t helpful. I emailed and called many times, never heard back anyone, and when I did, it was an "I don't know" response. You should know, you built the bike...
