Spent $3245 on a pretty looking brick... 24 hours after receiving my RX the taillight died. 5 days in I noticed poor design where the motor cable is being rubbed by the brake rotors screws which will eventually wear through and cause inevitable failure - for which I have yet to receive any resolution on or suggestion from your “customer service” reps. And 11 days in my controller died rendering the bike useless in less than two weeks and under 300 miles. a replacement controller will be sent, but based upon this companies history of timely response, I don’t expect to be riding again til 2021 if I’m lucky. At this point I have definitely regretted my purchase. This company has yet to show it actually cares about their customers more than their marketing. Rolling out a clothing line and watches is great, but how about concentrating on delivering A PRODUCT THAT WORKS FIRST IN A REASONABLE TIMELINE. I won’t be recommending this product or company to anyone anytime soon.
