Bike arrived damaged and rear brakes squel

I love my RX bike, but unfortunately it arrived scratched up. I sent pictures of the scratches and no response after more than 1 week. Also, the rear brakes squel like crazy upon arrival and I find it embarrassing using them when riding. The noise hasn't gone away.

Bad experience.

I’ve bought my bike 3 monthes ago and it doesn’t work since one month. Nothing can’t be done because the controller is out of stock. I’m so disappointed.

RX motor/brake issues. Customer supprt didn’t get back to my emails..

Having issues with my bike. I’ve emailed twice since last week to support with no response! My bike is currently at Urban Bicycle Gallery in Houston (where I purchased it from) and I’ll have an update tomorrow as there is an issue with the brakes & hub motor. Not sure why I am being ignored this time as I emailed two weeks ago and heard back the same day..doesn’t make any sense and I would appreciate better customer support. Spent $3,700 to get the RX and support is still at a Z1 level. Please do better for your customers.

Absolutely amazing bikes. And I know y’all are a new company that is growing at an incredible rate. So I’m still going to buy your bikes In hopes that your customer service is more streamlined in the future. Maybe there is a specific way for bike owners experiencing problems to contact you in a spectate more streamlined way through our accounts. I know that would be a huge help

No viable support at all

Been waiting to get my bikes fixed for weeks, one arrived broken, one had controller broken after 70 miles. Can’t get help, then when you finally do get through you get promises with no follow through and you just are left hanging. It sucks spending this kind of money only to get products that don’t work and zero customer support.
