3 weeks in I have a bad hub and a fried controller on a brand new bike. Had to call 30 times to get someone live with no clear next steps or resolution in sight. The bike is fun when it works but customer service could use a major overhaul.

Dunno where you are getting your inventory but the demand seems to be high but the supply is lacking... creating frustration and uncertainty with my purchase... on the verge of cancelling my itder

I purchased my RX 18 July and you said a September delivery. Now the web site says October. I rang you guys and got no information, plus the guy was rude. If you are ever going to be a great biz you need to scale to meet demand. Not just move your delivery dates. WEAK!

Still waiting on my RX ordered July 2 RG would love to have for deer season which started this weekend. When I placed order was told before end of summer. $3000 bike you would think I could get a more informed delivery date than ( well you will eventually get it but were not going to tell you when . My main reason for ordering was to use to scout for deer the season is here no bike and no word on when .

Great product...from the looks of it but I’ve been waiting for my bike for 3.5 months. Can’t wait
