Poor Service
To say my confidence in the company is low, may be an understatement. I can wrap my head around the 3 month wait because of the pandemic. I can't deal with being sent a faulty battery, 1 week of finally getting a response when I reached out about my issue and it still not being resolved almost 2 weeks after. I still have a brand new S2 with no working battery. Essentially a $2500 paper weight. I am extremely frustrated.
