No response from customer service

Been waiting on a response from customer service and nothing still. My LCD screen is unreadable. Really hard to get parts warranties.

Don't get me wrong. I love the bike but your costumer services was horrible and shipping outside the states has an unseasonably longer wait time I had to wait an extra 3 months from when my bike was supposed to arrive. I think there is much improvement to be done

Yall need more support!

Responses to issues take a long time to get help. Calling in for technical support is impossible to get through and leaving a voicemail is pointless as I've never received a call back. Here's an example, I submitted an issue regarding a broken led screen, but I didn't get a response until 2 weeks later. This was only because someone texted me regarding items in my cart and I asked that person to look into it. Fortunately, they were able to push my ticket in front and I was able to get a replacement. Support is good when someone can help, it just takes forever to get it.

Cost more money then you think

I purchased a bike that broke after one day and then had to return it for repair using my own means (time,gas, etc) Bike now works great but I would not have ordered one knowing how long the wait would actually be and the effort I would have to put in I would not order one.
