Your product is amazing. I’ve had average encounters with customer service, from people not answering the phone during business hours and having to call back, delayed email replies, and even some unfriendly chats. Also, the bike came later than originally stated, although I was stoked to get it, and do really like it. Seems like your accessories and parts for the bike are low stock and that’s also disappointing. And some things aren’t available until winter (roughly 6 months of waiting to buy a rear cargo rack!?). Also, I would like to purchase another battery for my S2 (the battery it came with) and that doesn’t seem to be possible at this point on your site.
My hope is you guys get caught up with your demand, and get better at these things. Although not deal breakers, had I known all these slip ups beforehand I would have probably gone with another company.
