Very slow service

I have been waiting for a single part, which is only a little wire harness for about a month now. They say they will keep me posted on the status of the part but the only update I got was the order confirmation email :(. I live in Maryland so I’m only able to ride my bike during the summer time.

Poor quality

Crank arms are very weak, and the sprocket is welded to the crank arm, and the crank arms fit onto a square peg, so they are proprietary and i cant replace them with better ones. Break line is extremely weak and broke quickly, the crown on the fork had to be replaced because the threads in it stripped out. The tires are wearing down fairly quickly, the battery is inconsistent.

How to improve Customer Service

I am not a super 73 basher I purchased a RX and it has came perfect it has not had any problems with it the machine has ran perfect. The fit and finish has been fantastic it was well put together every nut ,bolt and cable was in order. but super 73 keeps shooting itself in the foot with its customer service, constantly hearing people say they have minor problems with brand new super 73s and they make 30 calls to get you guys to answer the phone call ,I don't understand what is going on if you need to triple your customer service you need to triple your customer service, your customer service is killing you. A lot of new e-bikes are now coming online with the same or better service and performance as a super 73 at a lot lower cost The competition is going to get very hard for you guys if you keep on shooting yourself in the foot with your customer service. My suggestions are number one improve your customer service, number two improve your supply line your chain of supplies because it is almost impossible to get accessories made by super 73 for a super 73, number three which is probably a very big decision to make on a corporate level You should bring your manufacturing back into the United States A lot of your competition is really pushing the fact that they are put together in the United States.

Your product is amazing. I’ve had average encounters with customer service, from people not answering the phone during business hours and having to call back, delayed email replies, and even some unfriendly chats. Also, the bike came later than originally stated, although I was stoked to get it, and do really like it. Seems like your accessories and parts for the bike are low stock and that’s also disappointing. And some things aren’t available until winter (roughly 6 months of waiting to buy a rear cargo rack!?). Also, I would like to purchase another battery for my S2 (the battery it came with) and that doesn’t seem to be possible at this point on your site. My hope is you guys get caught up with your demand, and get better at these things. Although not deal breakers, had I known all these slip ups beforehand I would have probably gone with another company. Thank you.

Submitted a bike for warranty

Submitted a bike for warranty service, it was not touched or even looked at until 7 business days after it was dropped off. I had to call repeatedly and email to get an update. I finally got a response that the bike was diagnosed, a full working week after. Still have not gotten my bike back yet.
