Customer service is very disappointing! I’ve purchased 4 bikes and I would think customer service would be better. I wrote in a question concerning a bike of mine and it took over a month and a half to get back to me.

Can’t really give a review of importance yet. Ordered two bikes on September 2nd. The S1 was supposed to ship early September and the S2 early Oct. No word on the S1 shipping yet and it is September 14th. But our payment has already gone through. We hope the wait is worth it.

Need to ship product faster

Bike taking forever to get to me.

Impossible to contact and get a response from despite trying v/ hard to do so.
