Decent company with room for growth and amazing community behind it.
Despite all of the issues they've been having this year, I feel they've handled themselves fairly well and promptly addressed emerging problems for such a small company, though customer support communication still seems like it's an issue. I hope that they will continue to put even more effort into making sure customers are properly taken care of because I truly feel like this company could be the Harley Davidson equivalent for ebikes, providing that the company does it's best to design bikes that are built to last and strive to deliver unparalleled support when needed. A major selling point right now is that Super 73's ebikes have a unique style that no one else has really matched yet but as more companies start to make similar looking ebikes that could change very quickly so that's why I feel that they should place more focus into building up their relationship with their community and making sure that they are taken care of.
