Decent company with room for growth and amazing community behind it.

Despite all of the issues they've been having this year, I feel they've handled themselves fairly well and promptly addressed emerging problems for such a small company, though customer support communication still seems like it's an issue. I hope that they will continue to put even more effort into making sure customers are properly taken care of because I truly feel like this company could be the Harley Davidson equivalent for ebikes, providing that the company does it's best to design bikes that are built to last and strive to deliver unparalleled support when needed. A major selling point right now is that Super 73's ebikes have a unique style that no one else has really matched yet but as more companies start to make similar looking ebikes that could change very quickly so that's why I feel that they should place more focus into building up their relationship with their community and making sure that they are taken care of.

Can't give a review

Unsatisfactory response time satisfactory resolution.

I was very pleased that I was able to get the replacement part before labor day weekend: i was able to fix my bike and go on a long bike ride to the beach on labor day, So cheers to that! I know things are tough with Covid and you are probably getting hammered with support requests, so I almost feel bad for conplaining about the time it took for a first response ( about three weeks). But I'm mentioning it because it hopefully it will signal to your management that you need to hire more support staff to deal with the influx.

Can be improved

Poor follow up on my requests and questions. I was needed to insist to get responces. Also the information provided is not very informative. Shipping in October w/o more info is not a good sale driver. (Early October, Late October). Other than that the resolution is OK. Thank you

Fix the light

The light us horrible the bike light broke the first ride but it was fun
