I really appreciate your product and was eyeing on it for a while but the price of the S1 and SG1 seemed too steep for me. I mostly needed the bike as an alternative to my electric skateboard for longer distances and rainy days. It's when I was looking for an alternative on a French classified website that I saw a sale on one of the biggest french retailer for electronics and house appliance. The had put the D1 on the -15% from 2300€ to 1950€ and because they don't know the product they are selling they also put the SG1 at 1950€ instead of 3000€. So I jumped on the deal but otherwise I would probably be riding one of your cheaper competitor. Also I contacted lithium cycles twice once of the conformity certificate and the other time about a known issue getting a flat on my back tire because of some default in the rim. First time got my answer second time nothing, so I found a tube somewhere else especially considering tubes are 20-30% more expensive then the competition. In short, I understand that you claim your prices are justified by a higher quality in product and customer service, but from what I have read and experience, this is not always the case and can disappoint some people, so far and because I got my bike for cheaper, I am happy. Also the accessory choice on your website is not as great as your competitors, so I had to buy some consumables like tires, tubes, brake pads but didn't buy it on your website since I found cheaper and more to my taste stuff at your competitors. I hope it helps, enjoy, I ride in the South France near Nice and Cannes and I haven't seen many of your bikes around although it's kinda the french california, I have tried to gather people for rides but couldn't yet find riders in my area.

You really have not done anything for me but take my money. I feel these requested reviews should come once minimal correspondence has happened. Maybe a ball park updated on a shipping date? The only response was to tell me we did not follow the correct protocol to claim our tiny $50.00 dollar rebait after the purchase of 4 bikes.

I received my Super 73 one month after promised. Then I sent in a warranty request for a grinding rear brake problem and have not hear back. I also ordered accessories that was to be sent out in September but was notified that it won’t be shipped out until sometime in December.

Great style, poor customer support.
