Pretty quick response and good on getting me on waiting list for parts. Only wish I could bring it in since I live so close. There's a couple other things I would love to get looked at.

When I do get a response, it's great, but it takes way too long. My last ticket took a full month before there was a response.

While I enjoy the company, I would agree with the community that there’s not a ton of communication for products, features and delays. I would like to see more of this. Especially on Reddit/Twitter/discord

Love the bike. The build delay left something to be desired. The manual has gaps. And the delay in getting additional parts is a bummer. Hopefully things will improve when you can catch up with the orders.
