There’re were two free items that I checked when ordering: 12 titlelist golf balls and side screens to add on the the basis SIM structure. I didn’t receive them and I have written an email requesting information on when I will get them and I have t heard back yet.

Ordered a Simspace 2, ultramax screen and Square Golf launch monitor. The simspace enclosure was v good quality, very pleased with it. As advertised I should also have rec'd a full metal jacket with my launch monitor, however they refused to send it to me. Started haggling with discounts when it should have clearly been free!! Everything escalated to one of the directors (Patrick Daniels) who just ignores you. . . . . so quality of product v good however if you have any post sales issues. . . . beware!!

Communication was really good up to the dispatch of my pre ordered Square Omni. Received it when they said. However, it has a problem with charging and although I had one email answered, I have had no further response. I’m hoping SimSpace Golf is in contact with the manufacturer but I’m a bit in the dark at the moment.
