Extremely hard to contact anyone. I wanted to return because it did not work in my setup had to contact my credit card company to get a response instead of instructions on how to return got the runaround.

Started a 2nd 9 and after 4 holes, the unit went dark. .
Had to unplug and restart the unit, selected 9 holes; played 3 and the unit went dark again!!
