Product not delivered

I ordered the slim golf enclosure on 4/26/26. I paid $1449. 98 for the enclosure with tax. Then I also got a random charge for $29 billed to me later that day (for what I still don’t know) I only received 1 of 2 boxes on 4/30/26. Missing from my order is the poles. This might be the carriers fault (fed ex) but haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone at SimSpace yet to see if they will make this right. Hoping to hear back soon but until then I can only give the lowest rating.

Took way too long and there is no directions to set Up

check my order ( #4601 ) Simspace foam tube : I ordered three, but only one came. I want you to send it again. Or I want a refund of the 2 amount that I didn't send.

I placed the order on December 10th with a delivery date of December 19th. Is is now December 25th and my system still has not arrived. I submitted and inquire on December 22nd but have not heard back. I tracked the delivery and it has been sitting in Dallas TX since the 15th. I understand things happen but I can't get anyone to help me. . .
