So far the bikes awesome!
So far the bikes awesome! The suspesion was set kinda soft out of the box which is perfect, one Click up on the forks first, after I rode a little and check it, then one click to stiffen the rear and two click for the rebond. I've been riding dirt bikes all my life. I rode with the Desert Assasins on The Rip To Cobo and trained for the San Felipe 250 as team rider. Enough about me, I have put together many dirt bikes and this suspension was just what you want new. You will learn to dial it in one click at a time and maybe even set your own sag. The Bikes fast and has the torque you need in the steeper uphills, its well made and heavier than I thought but also beefier, the tires are knarly I love them. Its been raining in So Cal for weeks so no pics, but I have had a couple rides. I got going and maybe did 38 mph on my first down hill and relized I had to much tire perssure and backed them down to 22lbs and that was a good fix. The brakes are great and the bike powerslides like crazy just how I wanted, very controlable with just the back brake. I like that the shimano stuff wasnt super loud and rattling, I had hated that in the past when you go over bumps on the old mountain bikes. I have also udjusted the bars and dialed in the controls and maxed out the assist stuff because you always want a little bit more. Honestly I'm 57 years old and I havent riden for a few years now, this is my first real moutain bike my son died recently and had wanted me to get one. I didnt think It would be so much fun. I guess its time I buy a helmet and some gloves. You guys at M2S build a great bike! Well done! Delivered just how I wanted it.
