I had a pedal strip going into the crankshaft. After you reviewed it you came to the conclusion that I put it on wrong. The guy was nice enough to offer to send me a new pedal and crank, but wanted to charge me $20 in freight. That seems excessive. I would like to order another mirror and the essentials kit and a phone holder. Are you able to fit those in the $20 shipping box as well as the pedal and crank? I appreciate your time. Don't change a thing! My M2S is awesome. We are currently living S (OBX) and are looking to pick up a house in M (Asheville area) in the not too distant future. My M2S is smooth, solid, and up to any task, wherever we are.

Everything seems to be fine, company is always great, and shipping was very quick. I wish there was better instructions on how to install the controller, the main 8 prong connection was way way up in the frame. Otherwise a good experience
