With my first set of weights I received my weights fairly quickly. I then ordered a second bar and plates. It never came. I reached out to them multiple times and it wasn't until I disputed the charge that I received a response, so I found that very frustrating. I had waited till the 2 month mark to dispute the charge. My most recent experience went very well. I got the bar and plates within three days. I have reached out several times to customer service on the app and they have been very responsive. I do wish there was a phone number because I think my initial problem would have been rectified much quicker if I had the ability to speak to someone. With my recent experiences, it has really improved my opinion of BodyRock.
