I’ve wanted a set of BodyRock’s weighted vests for years but didn’t want to spend the money. I decided to buy the vests during a BOGO event. I wear the 6lb as tight as the straps can go daily to the gym and it is perfect. I jump rope with it on and it doesn’t shift around at all. The 12lb fits the same just heavier obviously. For reference I’m 5’4, 32-24-32, 115lbs. I also got a free Pink Thing with my purchase and I LOVE IT!
