After waiting almost month GOT IN LINE for customer service ⭐️ it seems to me you don’t have checks and balances in regards to your paying customers. Why is it up to me to track my package? When it’s your system?

I bought a lightweight cook pot and an inflatable pillow. The pot is nice, can be difficult to balance, but the nonstick surface is great so far. The pillow, however, started leaking after a few days, and within a week was useless.

Design change in buckle....new design is extremely difficult to open with cold, wet hands. Old design was secure, and much easier to open. I expect the fabric to be as durable as the old design.

I odered the Quagmire gaiters in your largest size, XL. While it is a quality product and have nothing but good things to say about the Event fabric, the gaiter is small for an XL. Wish you allowed more room for a winter pant or layering in the calf area. Also, I appreciate a snug fit at the boot to keep debris and water out, but I wear an 11 boot and can barely get the gaiter to snap closed at the bottom. If you offered a 2XL I would have exchanged for them. Thanks for listening!
