I really hate the lack of an online cancel button for any order. Have to email and hope to God some responds in time. Other than that, they have the best compression bags and sleeping pads, and they do ship them quickly.

After waiting almost month GOT IN LINE for customer service ⭐️ it seems to me you don’t have checks and balances in regards to your paying customers. Why is it up to me to track my package? When it’s your system?

I bought a lightweight cook pot and an inflatable pillow. The pot is nice, can be difficult to balance, but the nonstick surface is great so far. The pillow, however, started leaking after a few days, and within a week was useless.
