Sea to Summit

Sea to Summit products are great. Website is a little clunky. Shipping seems to be fine for the products I've ordered but nothing more than anyone else. The packaging has always been good but most of my purchases were small in size. Can't speak for larger packages.

I got the TR2 Telos. Good quality product. Love the design. A bit narrow for my taste but as an ultralight, it works. One major complaint is that you don't ship to Canada!

Myorder was bungled then it took a week and ten emails to two different people to get there correct stuff. Great products, shipping and customer service need to have a few more meetings.

S2S makes beautiful, beautifully made stuff. Some of it is difficult to judge through a computer screen, so I wish returns were a little easier. But I’ve been super happy with the design and quality of their stuff. It’s worth it to call Customer Service when you’re contemplating a purchase, because their people really seem to know their products.
