I recently purchased some components for my e-bike online. Recieved a phone-call (of all thing, nice) confirming my order and delivery date. The customer service person 'Crystal' took great care in confirming my order to ensure I ordered the correct parts (which I didn't), saved my lots of aggravation. Order was shipped when they said it would ships. Thank you :-)
