I recently purchased a 2022 cube touring one 500. I consider myself lucky to have found it as all they had in the store were the same model in grey. Not my color! It was Crystal, one of the store owners who was quick enough to think of looking for stock in Montreal. There she located one in green'n'sharp green. Love it. I love the styling of the bike, no cross bar, and the simple to read and operate Bosch Purion display. Not as colorful as some others, but easier to reach with my thumb. This is coupled with the Bosch Performance line motor and battery. Lots of torque to get around Ottawa. The other store owner, Will, we initially met at the Gatineau Bike show where he gave a presentation on UL listed bike batteries. And I am glad we did. We were sold on the fact that all Bosch systems are UL rated. The other in store staff were also helpful in answering any questions I had. The only hiccup in this transaction occurred as we removed the front tire to be able to place it in the back of my vehicle. The employee helping me noticed that the small springs on the quick release wheel axle were reversed. Apparently an oversight on behalf of an apprentice bike technician. I am hoping this was the only oversight in an otherwise great experience. Crystal and Will were by far the most knowledgeable and friendliest sales people of the several that I met in my search for my new E-Bike.

I think that if you are serious about buying this particular brand of bike, that you first try one, (mine perhaps). The experience of actually driving one will convince you I am sure - it is an absolute thrill to ride. The actual buying experience is pleasant and straight forward - no question is too small or insignificant. The staff are all very patient and knowledgeable.
