The staff at Scooteretti, 85 Murray Street, Ottawa where we purchased two Gazelle Ultimate C380 e-bikes were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Go see them if you want a good reliable and strong ebike. You will not be disappointed. After about one week of learning how to operate the Gazelle ebike we are now very comfortable and love riding them. They look so impressive. Had lots of fun with these ebikes at Murphy’s Point Provincial Park riding all the trails including up and down steep hills. It was a blast

I recently purchased some components for my e-bike online. Recieved a phone-call (of all thing, nice) confirming my order and delivery date. The customer service person 'Crystal' took great care in confirming my order to ensure I ordered the correct parts (which I didn't), saved my lots of aggravation.
