Frustrated that the commuter backpack wasn't designed to hold a standard mac m1 laptop. Finding a printer to print the return label is a hassle, and paying the steep cost of the return is a strong disincentive to order directly from you again. Usually love the gear, but American companies don't make you go through this for returns. Next time I'll order through Runningwarehouse or not at all.

I wasn’t refunded my money due to my shipping address not being recognized in sayskys system which is unfortunate but I was hoping like other companies that work with me to understand that it happens to me everytime but usually after I provided clarification they are able to ship it to me

Ordered a pair of shoes that were the wrong size. Had to return them and the fee was $17! Thats absurd. I reached out to CS and they basically said sorry we are a Danish brand. Understood but you sell to the US market and I am fine paying a reasonable return fee but not $17. Second, I am a loyalty member which should count for something. There are too many cool running brands that are in the EU (Satisfy) that offer free returns. Makes me hesitant to shop Saysky again

The customer service team has been incredibly unhelpful. I’ve sent more than 10 emails, yet their responses are repetitive and fail to address the actual issue. It feels like they don’t care about resolving my problem at all. This has been a very disappointing experience.

I received the wrong size and sent an email to request a return label. So far, it's been a week and no one has responded to my request. There is a 30-day time frame for the return of the item and I can't send it back until they send the label to me.
