Overall good products., but the sizing suggestions were off. A true measurement chart would help the selection, rather than the automated/questions. That is the only option. It's not great.

Quick shipping. Wish there was free shipping on returns. First size was too small and cost $50 to mail return to Denmark.

Frustrated that the commuter backpack wasn't designed to hold a standard mac m1 laptop. Finding a printer to print the return label is a hassle, and paying the steep cost of the return is a strong disincentive to order directly from you again. Usually love the gear, but American companies don't make you go through this for returns. Next time I'll order through Runningwarehouse or not at all.
