I received the wrong size and sent an email to request a return label. So far, it's been a week and no one has responded to my request. There is a 30-day time frame for the return of the item and I can't send it back until they send the label to me.

Very disingenuous to not specifically state that a purchaser seeking to return products from the US back to Denmark would basically gut the entire purchase. I spent $360 on shirts that don’t fit and a bag that would have cost $300 to send back. Incredibly frustrating and greedy.

Having to pay for shipping to receive them and then having to pay an even higher rate to return makes it impossible for me to ever purchase anything else going forward.
