I’m pretty bummed that I had to pay $20 shipping(not to raceface but to fedex) to return my pants. I wanted to exchange them because they are the wrong size but there isn’t an option for that. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from raceface ever again. I’ll support my bike shop instead. Bummed because I love raceface but this is a horrible policy. I know, it’s probably in the fine print and I missed it but cmon, pretty much everywhere has free returns , especially on clothing that you don’t know if it will fit or not. Heads up if you’re buying clothing!

Tucker was great to work with to try and resolve my lost package. Ups now says December the 12. Originally ordered November 16th.

Sent incorrect items and still waiting for my items to be shipped. Its more than 2 weeks and iam still waiting for my order to be shipped
