Ignored my emails about a product arriving defective

I placed an order on Jan 2 and received the items as expected. 2 of the items were incorrectly sized as the other items fit as expected. I reached out to customer service 3 times over 5 days and finally received an RMA number. I returned the items and they were delivered on Jan 24th. After reaching out 2 more times I have yet to receive a refund on the 2 items as of Feb 19th.

So many spam emails

no response back after sending i love you email

I never received any confirmation that the return item was received and I never got a refund.
