Race Face - CA

The rep who reached out was nice enough. Was hoping RF would cover return shipping.

I ordered it when Race Face said it would arrive before Christmas via UPS. Delivery date was supposed to be by Dec 22. When it didn’t arrive, the tracking said after Christmas on December 29th. It’s the 29th and I still haven’t received my order. My order was processed at the Richmond mail facility on December 17th and then at the Victoria mail facility on December 27th. It took 10 days to cross the water to Vancouver island!

Pants broke even before the first ride

The shirt sizes don't correspond to the size chart (small fits like a medium). I couldn't change my order after I placed it. I was misinformed about the material. To exchange/return isn't worth the postage costs and the hassle. These are the problems of buying online.
