Unexceptionable customer service
Ordered a race face jacket on a Black Friday deal 3 weeks before my trip to Arizona. Received the jacket within the recommended shipping time. Jacket didn’t fit quite right so decided to size up by contact customer service. Spoke with customer service right away and explained my situation and was told I would receive a email with a RA number ( return number ) later that day Monday. I also said that I pass there office twice daily on my commute to work and could return the jacket and was told I was aloud being that getting the sized up jacket was time sensitive to my trip. I get no Email Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday. Finally I get a email with a RA number on Thursday and 8am. Perfect the jacket is already with me in the car and I’ll drop it off after work. Dropped the jacket off at raceface HQ and explained my trip was the following Saturday and the guys said they would pass it onto customer service with a reminder. I had just over a week and they couldn’t see why it wouldn't be shipped on time. I said if it’s a problem I could come pick it up after work easy enough. So I waited a week sent a email reminder mid week and nothing. No tracking number no contact no returned email. I guess I’m riding in my old Northface jacket next week on my trip. Thanks for nothing raceface last thing I buy from you online.
