Race Face - CA

Paid for express shipping but my package was sent out as expedited parcel. This cause the package to be delayed over the weekend and I couldnt keep dry on the trails.

Bought a set of gloves that turn out to be too snug. Trouble is that I can’t figure out how to return / exchange them. RF certainly doesn’t make it apparent on their site.

The raceface shorts I just bought arn't even close to normal sizing. Way too small based on the sizing.

Always been a big fan of Race Face but I was sent the wrong product, then had a couple emails ignored while trying to arrange a return. Now have to travel 60km to get to the courier dropoff.

product is amazing. company cost me 3 hours of my day and they couldn't have been less caring. i spoke with someone and we arranged it so i could pick up this item as i was leaving town the next day and wanted to have it with me. this was discussed at length and all T's crossed and i's dotted - so it could work out like clock work - i was very impressed and 2 hours i left to go pick it up - i drove the 1.5 hours to get it only to find out that they'd shipped it out already. to an address i wasn't going to be at because i was leaving town. i drove the round trip back - wasting 3 hours - and not receiving the item until i returned. spoke with the salesman after - he couldn't have been more bored. so bottom line? great product, fast shipping! but holy cow - do your best to never deal with them in person/phone. this was frustrating enough that i have now stopped buying raceface/fox where possible.
