Easy purchase. Got purchase confirmation email but never got notification of shipment via email. As well, no insight on website on what normal order fulfillment timelines are.

delivery was quick. ordering was easy. getting annoyed with being asked for reviews.

Ordered a size XL but was shipped a Medium..didn't realize they were a Medium as the tags on the outside size XL. So I was a little disappointed when I put them on and realized the waist was way to small haha. But then I saw the tag on the inside says Medium. I talked to customer service and was offered an exchange. I opted to exchange for a Large but now I think return shipping is on my dime which is kind of a bummer but ohwell.

Still waiting for it to arrive. Shipping has been slow. Was also shocked that they charge $30 for shipping. Shipping have been free if purchased from a retailer. Glad it was on sale
