Got me out of my recliner at 67 yo.
I have been doing way too much sitting around after work and life. So I thought I'd try the NOVA. I am about done with the 28 day beginner videos. I am working out with just the 10lb disc until I get myself limbered up. However, I am up and moving and starting to feel stronger and more stable. This is a great fit to try and regain some youth and vigor.
