i had a transplant in 2019 and had lost alot of upper body strength. I came across a OYO fitness ad early fall 2021 and ordered the nova. I use it every other day, i follow your 30 day videos and love the workout.

I started using the OYO gym about 2 years ago and worked through all of the exercises, improving my strength gradually. I found it to be much easier & safer than using cords, which I've hurt myself with. I purchased the NOVA Gym when it became available & continue to use it three times a week. I'm smaller than the average man and found it necessary to modify some exercises because of the length of arms but manage to complete all exercises. A few months ago a part of the gym split - not exactly sure how. I read about returns and emailed the company. (I bought another NOVA in the meantime as I expected the return to be a lengthy process). My email to the company was read within a day and I was informed that I would receive a replacement NOVA at no cost! I was more than impressed!!! Do I recommend OYO and NOVA? Absolutely ! It is one exceptional company with exceptional products!

In my 4th week of using this. My goal was to get my old saging skin tight again. I've noticed tightening and definitions coming back. Recommend to my friends who several have already purchased.
