I work for a shipping company and $15 shipping for the 20qt cooler when your ad says free shipping is very misleading. They said it’s an oversized shipping charge but it’s not an oversized package.

I am really happy with the product but very disappointed in the service. Online I was offered a discount if I shared my info and when it came to check out the discount was not available for that item neither a 40 or 58 Quart hard cooler. Also Orcacoolers.com charges an oversized shipping fee. I ultimately went to Canyon Coolers. No disappointments and no add on shipping charges. Please keep making your products in the USA and I will keep giving them a look.

Shipping and delivery was fine as well as it holds ice very well but it leaks and drips down your face on your chin I’m not sure really not happy with that!
